Welcome to Street Level Ministry in the Twin Cities

Salvation is the most amazing and miraculous gift ever given. Our desire is to proclaim the gospel of Jesus Christ faithfully week after week throughout the Twin Cities.  We know that this good news is the only message that saves the human soul for all eternity. Our goal is to help you get the most out of evangelism. At all of our outreaches, we’ll train you to share the gospel of Jesus Christ and give you experience on a small team with experienced leaders.

Street Level is an inter-denominational ministry welcoming born-again Christians from any denomination to join in street evangelism together whom share the same essential doctrines of the Christian faith and the same gospel message:

Jesus said…  “Go into all the world and proclaim the gospel to the whole creation.” (Mark 16:15)

The Essentials for Christian Partnerships:

To have Christianity and joint outreach, there are some essentials that must be agreed upon.  One is the essential doctrines of the Christian faith and the other is the same gospel.  With these in agreement, born-again Christians can join in evangelizing the lost together.  Secondary doctrines, while important should not hinder our unity in this type of outreach.

Christian Doctrine Essentials:

• Trinity (One God: Father, Son, Holy Spirit)
• Unique Deity of Christ & Humanity of Jesus Christ
• Vicarious Atonement (Jesus Christ’s substitutionary sacrificial death for our sins)
• Salvation by Grace through Faith Alone (in Jesus Christ Alone)
• The Bodily Resurrection of Christ Jesus from the dead

(Without these core beliefs, it is not Christianity)

THE GOSPEL ESSENTIALS:

Jesus Christ’s death for forgiveness of sins and resurrection for our justification:

“Moreover, brethren, I declare to you the gospel which I preached to you, which also you received and in which you stand, by which also you are saved, if you hold fast that word which I preached to you—unless you believed in vain.  For I delivered to you first of all that which I also received: that Christ died for our sins according to the Scriptures, and that He was buried, and that He rose again the third day according to the Scriptures…”  (1 Cor. 15:1-4)

“It shall be imputed to us who believe in Him who raised up Jesus our Lord from the dead, who was delivered up because of our offenses, and was raised because of our justification.” (Rom. 4:24-25)

One must Repent of their sins:

“…Repent and believe in the gospel!”  (Mark 1:15)

Must have faith in Christ alone for Salvation:

“For by grace you have been saved through faith, and that not of yourselves; it is the gift of God, not of works, lest anyone should boast.” (Eph. 2:8-9)

Eternal Life is a free gift thru Jesus Christ our Lord…

“For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord.” (Rom. 6:23)

“For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life.” (John 3:16)

Street Level Ministry affirms the authority of scriptures as God breathed:

All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness: That the man of God may be perfect, thoroughly furnished unto all good works. (2 Timothy 3:16-17)
